Villa Ostria Exclusive is a large and beautiful property overlooking Elia Beach and the Aegean Sea. It expands over an acre of land with its size being 250 sq.m., offering in total 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.

The villa accommodates up to 15- (17)  guests and it extends over three levels.

Walking inside the villa you step into an open layout of the living room with natural wooden floors that coexist with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The sunny balcony door will get you to a lovely veranda with spectacular views. With an exterior private jacuzzi perfect for your zen moments, as well as a sizeable marble table where you can dine ovelooking the sunset. Moreover on the same level there is a bedroom with two comfortable single beds, along with a small adjacent bathroom.

The upper floor provides two roomy bedrooms with separate entrances from two different staircases. Both of them are master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and incredible views. As we walking further to the balcony door we coming out to a large veranda which offering you amazing views as well.

For the lower level, you will walk down the mykonian concrete staircase where you will find a big bedroom with both king-size bed and a sofa bed, while having fantastic views. At this level there is also adjacent bathroom with bath/jacuzzi. Once you open the balcony door you see a beautiful veranda that hosts the private infinity pool and it has unobstructed views over Elia’s bay as well as the Aegean sea. This great veranda provides you with sunbeds for endless sunbathing under the warm mykonian sun as well as big dining tables for any time of the day.

Additionally on the same level there are 3 individual master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. About 25 sq.m. each with their own entrances, fully equipted to the last detail, with kitchenette and dining area.

All rooms and areas of the villa have air conditioning and WiFi.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. Parties/events are allowed upon request.

Cancellation Payment & Policy:

50% deposit of the total stay is required at the time of booking. The rest of the 50% payment of your stay will be charged upon your arrival.

In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances regarding the COVID-19 pandemic which may affect the guests’ travel arrangements, you can get in contact with us to find an alternative.
