A lovely two bedroom villa in Panormos beach. In a very close distance from the well known Principote. Inctretadle view over Panormos bay, only 300 m from the beach. A drink by the private pool not only will give you the relaxation you need but also you will feel the Greek summer vacation experience.

Villa Dimar accommodates 6 guests and it extends on two levels. As you enter from the private parking towards the front door you find yourself at the modern living room co-existing with the kitchen. A beautiful sunny veranda overlooking Panormos beach and the house pool is the ideal spot for your morning coffee enjoying the peace and the sound of the sea. Moreover on this level there is an extra sofa bed for two gusts as well as Mykonian style bathroom and a wooden staircase that will take you downstairs to the bedrooms.

Visiting the lower level you will find a big restful bedroom with king-size bed and TV, as well as a second bedroom with two comfy single beds. Both they sharing a big stylish bathroom with futuristic lighting and all the comfort. The balcony door at this level will lead you to the beautiful pool area for relaxation during day and night. Additionally you will be provided with sunbeds, outdoor shower and other outdoor furniture.

The distance from Mykonos town and the Airport is just 4 km away, the port is also only 5 km away.

Villa Dimar is 80 sq.m. , all rooms have both Wifi and Air-condition.

 

Policy for adults & children occupancy:

Smoking and pets are not allowed, parties/events will be allowed upon request

Free of charge for children up to 2 y/o

Cancellation Payment & Policy:

50% deposit of the total stay is required at the time of booking. The rest of the 50% payment of your stay will be charged upon your arrival.

In case of cancellation, due to unforeseen circumstances regarding the COVID-19 pandemic which may affect the guests’ travel arrangements, you can get in contact with us and find an alternative.
