A property perched idyllically on the hill with breathtaking view overlooking Elia Beach and the Aegean Sea. The unique mykonian architecture and the comfortable big bedrooms will make your stay a memorable experience. The villa accommodates 8 guests (+2 more ) and it extends over three levels.

Walking inside the villa you step into an open layout of the living room with natural wooden floors which coexists with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The sunny balcony door will take you to a lovely veranda with spectacular views, an exterior private jacuzzi, perfect for your zen moments, as well as a sizeable marble table where you can dine beneath the starlights. On the same level, there is also a bedroom with two comfortable single beds, along with a small adjacent bathroom.

The upper floor provides two roomy bedrooms with separate entrances from two different staircases, both being master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. As you walk further you will meet a lovely veranda offering amazing views over the Elia beach as well as the Mykonian Hotel Collection.

As you walk down the mykonian concrete staircase you find a big bedroom with king-size bed and a sofa bed too. At this bedroom there is adjacent bathroom with an interior jacuzzi. Opening the balcony door you see a beautiful veranda that hosts the infinity pool, it has unobstructed views over Elia’s bay and the Aegean sea.
On this level there are 3 individual studios with separate entrances that will have access at the pool area and the pool. There are stairs from the parking that leads to these studios.

The villa is just 200m walking distance from Elia beach, and a heartbeat away from Mykonian Villa Collection where you can enjoy a variety of activities, fine dining, etc.

Policy for adults & children occupancy:

Smoking and pets are not allowed. Parties/events allowed upon request

Free of charge for children up to 2 y/o

Cancellation Payment & Policy:

50% deposit of the total stay is required at the time of booking. The rest of the 50% payment of your stay will be charged upon your arrival.

In case of cancellation, due to unforeseen circumstances regarding the COVID-19 pandemic which may affect the guests’ travel arrangements, you can get in contact with us to find an alternative.
